FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE ADVENTURE PARK

1. Do I need to walk with any equipment at all?
No you don’t but we recommend that you walk with water.

2. What is the maximum weight for an adult?
The maximum weight for the park is 250 pounds.

3. What is the maximum height for a child?
The maximum height for a child is 4 feet 8 inches.

4. How long does it take to get to the park?
It takes half an hour to get to the park.

5. How long does the course take to complete?
The course takes about an hour and a half to about an hour and forty-five minutes.

6. What is included in the price of the tour?
The price includes transportation, equipment, a guide, fresh fruit and rum punch or soft drink.

7. Is it only zip liners like in South America?
The course is a combination of foot bridges and zip lines.

8. Is there a dress code?
Yes. We recommend that you wear long or short pants. Close toe shoes. NO sleeveless or flip-flops.

9. Are there guides available to assist whilst doing the course?
Yes. We have guides stationed at different platforms.

10. Are you required to pay for someone who wants to come on tour but doesn’t want to do the course?
Yes. You pay twenty US for transportation.

11. Can he/she watch while I’m doing the course?
Yes they can or they can wait in the reception center where some portion of the course is visible.

12. What about our belongings? Do you have lockers?
No we don’t. You should keep your valuables on you; however you can leave them at the reception center where they will be equally safe.

13. Does the bus wait for you?
The bus returns to take you back to your pick up point.

14. What is the maximum number of people who can go on at any one time?
We can accommodate thirty (30) people at any one time.

15. How high are the platforms?
The platforms are about 25 to 40 feet of the ground.

16. How many zip lines do you have?
There are a total of eight (8) zip lines.

WARNINGS
PEOPLE WITH HEART PROBLEMS, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, RECENT SURGERY, BACK/NECK PROBLEMS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO THE COURSE. ALSO WOMEN WHO ARE PREGNANT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DOT THE COURSE.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT RIVER TUBING AND RIVER TO OCEAN KAYAKING

1. What is the minimum age?
Six (6) years.

2. What is the maximum weight?
The maximum weight is 250 pounds.

3. How many people per tube?
Everyone gets a tube.

4. How many people per Kayak?
We have both single and double kayaks.

5. What if I cannot swim?
We provide life vests and helmets. There are also guides going down the river with you.

6. What’s included in the price?
The price includes transportation, equipment, a guide, fresh fruit, rum punch and or coke.

7. How deep is the water?
It ranges from 3 feet to 12 feet.

8. How cold is the water?
The temperature ranges between 65 and 75 degrees.

9. How long does it take to get down the river on the tube?
It takes between an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half.

10. How long does it take to get down the river on the kayak?
It takes about 45 minutes to get down the river and then you spend about 30 to 45 minutes in the ocean.

11. Do I have to be fit or active to do river tubing?
No. You don’t have to be fit or active, just interested in soft adventure.

12. Do you need to have experience to kayak?
No previous experience is necessary.

13. Is it a lazy river?
The river includes some calm areas and some class one to class two rapids which adds fun and excitement to the tour.

14. Is there anytime to swim?
Yes. Most times you are allocated 10 to 15 minutes to enjoy the cool refreshing water of the layout river.

15. What happens to our belongings?
Your personal items remain on the bus which shadows the tour.

16. What happens incase of an incident along the way?
Due to the high level of visibility we can move all guests within one minute to safety incase of any incidents.

17. What section of the river do you use for your tubing and kayaking?
We use the lower section of the river which is longer and safer because of the high level of visibility.

18. Is there a guide going down the river with you?
Yes.

19. Are there refreshments?
Yes. There is fresh fruit, rum punch and or coke.

20. Are there restrooms or changing facilities?
Yes.

21. Is there parking?
Yes.

22. Is there a safety briefing or orientation before the tour?
Yes. There is a safety briefing before ALL TOURS

23. Is this tour suitable for the entire family?
Yes. Its fun for the entire family.
